You only make one low payment and that puts your property in the database which is used by every member. To place your vacation rental in the database costs just USD 4.95 a month (£3 or 4.95 euros). You can either pay monthly in which case there is a one time set-up charge of $15 (£10 or 15 euros) or you can pay a year in advance and there is then no set-up charge.
